Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Requirements:
• Prior working level experience in requirements management, systems engineering, software engineering and operational User Experience (UX) at a capability programme level.
• Recent involvement in capability level architecture developments for NATO BMD CONEMP, AirC2 and BMD missions.
• Extensive background in conducting operational analysis for development of NATO capability level architectures.
• Experience in the development, implementation or procurement of capability architectures and Command and Control Information systems.
• More than 10 year background using and administering architecture management software tools, such as Rational System Architect, ARIS and Sparx EA. Recent hands on experience using ARIS and Sparx EA.
• Very recent experience in following NATO’s enterprise architecture directives and using NATO architecture framework, ArchiMate, TOGAF for a NATO owned capability level architecture development.
• Knowledge and experience in NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance, Model (CFCDGM).
• Recent experience in a Capability development programme encompassing lines of development in DOTMLPFI domains (DOTMLPFI = Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Education, Personnel, Facilities and Interoperability).
• Broad NATO and international experience in policy, doctrine and concept development, mission planning and execution, training and exercises.
• Extensive experience working with NCIA , ACT, SHAPE and other NCS HQs,
• Knowledge of NATO Command and Control systems like ICC, ACCS, AirC2IS, TOPFAS, NCOP, INTEL FS, ETEE FS, CBRN FS.
• Candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. NOTE: Most of the work of the NCIA is conducted in the English language.
